Hello, I’m Teal Tatum, and I have a passion for making people feel at home, quite literally. As a Property Manager with a journey that began as a Relocation Specialist in 2012, I’ve had the privilege of bringing over 500 clients to the beautiful City of Calgary. My role involved not only helping individuals find the perfect rentals but also ensuring they felt welcomed and oriented to the city they now call home.

During my time in the industry, I noticed a common challenge: many Property Management companies didn’t work nights and weekends, and reaching someone via phone was often an exercise in frustration. Determined to provide a solution, I decided to be the change I wanted to see. I made myself available with flexible hours and a willingness to answer calls promptly. This commitment to accessibility paid off, as I soon became a trusted go-to resource for those seeking property management services.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I have a deep love for travel and spending quality time with my family. Yoga, especially aerial yoga, is another one of my passions, helping me find balance in a fast-paced world. My connection to nature is strong, and I relish any opportunity to be outdoors.

What drives me in my career is my love for change and meeting new people. Property management suits me perfectly, as it allows me to combine my affinity for change with my genuine desire to provide a warm welcome and comfort to those I serve.
